On 24–26 May 2018, Lithuania will host the 22nd edition of the International Exhibition for Agriculture and Food Industry "AgroBalt 2018" in Vilnius, LITEXPO Exhibition and Congress Centre, and is inviting participants from Romania and Bulgaria to join the event. Speaker of the Lithuanian Parliament, Mr. Viktoras Pranckietis, was in Bucharest on October 15-17 with an official visit, upon the invitation of the President of the Romanian Senate, Mr. Călin Popescu-Tăriceanu. During his visit, Mr. Pranckietis had meetings with Mr. Popescu-Tăriceanu, President of the Chamber of Deputies Mr. Liviu Dragnea, representatives of the Romanian-Lithuanian parliamentary friendship goup and other member of the Romanian Parliament, as well as with the Government representatives - Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Environment Ms. Grațiela-Leocadia Gavrilescu and Minister of Foreign Affairs Mr. Teodor Meleșcanu.
