On 2 December at the OSCE Ministerial Council in Stockholm, Sweden, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania Gabrielius Landsbergis called on the OSCE participating states to mobilise in order to resolve the ongoing conflicts in Ukraine, Georgia and Moldova, and to fulfill their obligations in the areas of the rule of law, democracy, and human rights. Lithuania’s Foreign Minister condemned the restrictions on democracy and human rights in Russia and Belarus, the Minsk regime's hybrid attack against the EU, its campaign of orchestrating irregular migrant flows across its borders into Europe.
