Meeting with Lithuanian municipal delegations

Today, Tomas Katkus, the Mayor of Telšiai District, and Erlandas Galaguz, the Mayor of Visaginas municipality, visited the Embassy of the Republic of Lithuania in Romania with their respective delegations.

Their visit followed participation in the international exhibition “Green Energy Expo & Romenvirotec 2026,” which focused on sustainability, green technologies, smart cities, and regional development. During their meeting with Ambassador of Lithuania Artūras Žurauskas, they shared impressions from the exhibition, discussed insights into Romanian culture and traditions, and reviewed the country’s economic and political situation.

We are pleased with this productive conversation and the active involvement of municipal representatives in strengthening international cooperation and building relationships with our Romanian partners!
