Memorial to the Victims of Totalitarianism in Brussels

The Deputy Head of Mission of the Embassy of Lithuania in Romania, Mr. E. Petrikas, met with the President of the Institute for the Investigation of Communist Crimes and the Memory of the Romanian Exile, Florin-Daniel Sandru.

During the meeting, he presented the joint project of Lithuania and five other EU countries – the “Memorial to the Victims of Totalitarianism” in Brussels, implemented through the Platform of European Memory and Conscience (PEMC).
